Exercises & Game Forms

Our exercise database was created in collaboration with UEFA-certified coaches and sports scientists. We continuously analyze training methods from top academies worldwide and add scientifically sound exercises. Every exercise is backed by detailed data points.
The AI evaluates exercises based on static and dynamic factors. Static factors include age, team strength, setup time, and coaching points. Dynamic factors include intensity, motivation, ball touches, passes, and duels. Additionally, effects such as ball touches, standing times, sprints, shots on goal, and start/stop movements are taken into account.
Yes, filters help you find suitable exercises faster. You can filter by age group, difficulty, fun factor, training phase (warm-up, main part, final game), game form/exercise form, and favorites.
Yes, you can mark exercises as favorites and organize them into custom lists. This keeps your preferred exercises quickly accessible for easy inclusion in your training sessions.
Periodization plans training over extended periods. Planning is conducted dynamically based on team strength and age group, considering match schedules, workloads, and rest periods. Intensity and focal points are customized individually. Periodization was developed in collaboration with sports scientists and licensed coaches.
The AI intelligently structures training into phases. It analyzes hundreds of data points and divides the training into 11 main categories and 6–14 subcategories. Planning includes phases such as fundamentals, workload, and regeneration. Exercises can be flexibly adjusted and swapped.
With Club OS, individual guidelines can be stored. You can integrate your own training philosophy and set club-specific requirements for your teams. This feature was developed in collaboration with clubs.

Sketch (Drawing Tool)

Sketch is the drawing tool of Coach OS. You draw training exercises using football-specific symbols, animate them across multiple frames, and see the same exercise with one click in two views: 2D as Tactical View from above and 3D as TV View. Sketch runs on desktop computers and tablets.
Yes, in two ways. You describe the exercise in words, and the AI draws the draft – if anything is unclear, it asks for clarification. Or you upload a photo, such as a page from a coaching book: the AI recognizes players, pitch, and positions and turns it into an editable exercise.
In four ways: as a PNG for presentations and posts, as a PDF exercise sheet with description, as a video of the animation as soon as it has at least two frames, and as a 3D scene – either as a video from the TV camera, as Augmented Reality via a QR-Code, or as a downloadable 3D file.
Only if you want them to. A drawing initially remains with you and only becomes visible to others when you actively set it to public. In a club, the youth development department decides on release levels regarding what is added to the shared club database.
Yes. Multiple coaches can work on the same exercise simultaneously and share it afterwards. Your own Sketch exercises flow directly into training planning: Coach OS accesses your own exercises and the full database during planning.

Statistics & Development

Coach OS provides detailed overviews. Training statistics include Performance Score, activity time, duration and phase breakdown. Team statistics show averages over 7, 30, 60 days or a custom time period. Player statistics provide individual values per player.
Physical, technical, mental and tactical data is collected. Physical: endurance, speed, agility, physical development. Technical: dribbling, passing, shooting, ball control. Mental: motivation, teamwork, courage, joy of playing. Tactical: defensive and offensive awareness.
The Performance Score provides a comprehensive training evaluation. It gives an overall rating and shows the ratio of activity to rest time.
Ratings don't need to happen after every training session. We recommend rating every 6–12 weeks. Alternatively, you can set the rhythm based on your own coaching judgement.
Yes, all invited coaches and staff can rate players. The different ratings are merged and flow into the overall rating. This gives you a more comprehensive picture of player development.

Team & Organization

Go to 'Team' > 'Invite Members'. You can invite players and staff via link, QR code or email. For players, you can also provide parent email. Invitees receive a link to the app and can then connect with your team.
Yes, as team admin you can remove members at any time. Go to 'Team' > 'Members', select the person and click 'Remove'. The person will then lose access to the team, but their previous data remains for your statistics.
Yes, you can transfer team administration to another coach. Go to 'Settings' > 'Change Team Admin' and select another coach from your team. After confirmation, this person becomes the new primary responsible person.
Yes, with Club OS all teams can be managed centrally. Management covers up to 50 teams with shared organisation.
Yes, there's an internal team leaderboard showing various aspects like training participation, Performance Score and development. You can specify in settings whether the leaderboard is visible to players or only to coaches. For youth teams, we recommend careful handling of rankings.
Yes, for individual trainings or matches you can add guest players. They receive temporary access and can be rated for this event. They don't appear in your regular squad list.

Player OS (Player App)

Player OS is the app for players. It connects players with their team and displays their personal development. Players see their development statistics, upcoming training sessions and matches, and can confirm or decline attendance. Player OS is the ideal addition to Coach OS and enhances player motivation and commitment.
Players can: view their development across four areas and seventeen attributes, confirm or decline attendance for training and matches, view upcoming events, receive team messages, view their training history, and track their development over time. The app is simple and intuitive to use.
Yes, players retain full control over their data. The data belongs to the players or their parents and can be transferred when switching clubs.

Club OS (Club License)

Club OS brings all teams, coaches, and players of a club together in one place. You see key metrics across all teams: active teams, players, coaches, completed sessions, average attendance per team, squad sizes, and age distribution year by year.
Ten, each with its own rights: coach, assistant coach, youth director, administrative employee, performance coach, physio, medical staff, sports director, camp coach, and scout. Each role sees the view required by their task – health data and scouting notes are intentionally kept in separate views.
With this feature, the club sets its methodology as a guideline: fixed proportions of training per age group and skill level, down to subcategories if desired. What remains unallocated is planned by Coach OS. A preview shows minute by minute what a session of 60, 75, or 90 minutes will look like.
In three steps: create facilities with address and pitches, assign them in the weekly schedule grid, check for conflicts. Individual pitch sections can be allocated separately, overlaps are detected, and at the end, the season plan is available as a PDF for display or distribution.
Club OS is offered on an individual basis. The price depends on the range of functions, add-ons, interfaces, and the number of teams and players. Every offer includes Coach OS and Sketch for all coaches, Player OS for all players, and a single invoice for the entire club.

Academy and Youth Development Center

A dedicated area covering availability, workload, performance diagnostics, and injuries. Workload is managed as ACWR per player with alerts for unusual values, maturity status is shown alongside each player, and Return to Play guides through five stages from protection to clearance.
Only roles whose task requires it. Every access attempt is logged with person, role, player, area, and timestamp. Entries cannot be edited, deleted, or exported, and download attempts are counted and blocked. If a player leaves the club, their entries lose the player reference.
A catalog of nine tests, individually activatable, including 30-meter sprint, standing long jump, Yo-Yo IR1, T-Test, and Sit-and-Reach. Data is recorded via an active testing day. Every change carries a note stating whether it exceeds the measurement inaccuracy.
Through the status sequence Noted, Observed, Contacted, Trial Training, Accepted. Players are evaluated against the team average and categorized into classes A to P. The head scout can overwrite the calculated value with a required justification, and both values remain visible. A shadow squad with matching talents and potential recruits is created for each team.
It allows you to plan an entire holiday camp: participants imported from Excel or CSV, days and time blocks, groups arranged automatically by age or mixed ages, coaches, and drill plans. During station training, groups rotate while coaches remain at their stations – Coach OS calculates the rotation plan. A completed camp can be saved as a template.
